The rooms in the location of the hotel were nice. Loved that they had a valet service. The valet’s were super friendly and great.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave us the opportunity to secure our bags because we were early for check in and it allowed us time to go sightseeing. Provided information on options around the city. The valet helped us with our bags while leaving and did not expect a tip. We have stayed in hotels (even though we planned to tip) the valet gave the impression that one was expected.

Location was excellent for our event at the Straz. Bathroom was very clean. Front desk staff and others were exceptional in their helpfulness.

I liked how it was in downtown Tampa, close to armature Works and different events and fun places. The food trucks in the parking lot was definitely a plus.

An excellent alround hotel. Location excellent. Parking via Valet is a bit expensive. You should consider there is a car park directly facing the hotel and it looks very safe. Hotel clean and tidy. Breakfast isn't fantastic but lots of great little eateries all around nearby.

Really friendly staff, clean place, comfy bed and good facilities. Great location for us, highly recommend. We even got an upgrade as it was our honeymoon which they didn’t have to do but their service was second to none!
